The Mechanical Legacy
Afshan Khan's design platform was built directly upon his father's technical engineering background. Growing up inside commercial machinery environments, he learned to analyze the structural properties of metals before transitioning into modern design circles.
After pursuing a formal path in Animation at Picasso College and operating closely as a 2D animator, his perspective expanded fundamentally during key operations in Dubai. Witnessing the scale of international art installations transformed his screen layout blueprints into large, physically structural ambitions.
Establishing Studio 13
Returning to India in 2016, he consolidated these diverse perspectives to found Artism Studio 13 in Rampur. The workspace serves as a dedicated production forge for high-end metal architecture, taking unrefined raw remnants and turning them into fine design assets.
By intercepting discarded components from heavy industrial pipelines, the studio directly intercepts manufacturing waste. This design framework offsets manufacturing carbon metrics, demonstrating that sustainable recovery loops can safely fuel global luxury design concepts.
Landmark Milestones
The studio's output is grounded in structural balance calculations and civic integration parameters. Our historical creations redefine space profiles across metropolitan circles.

A massive 20-foot national heritage landmark weighing 8.5 quintals deployed permanently at Jauhar Chowk, requiring strict environmental wind-load safety certifications.
// THE SIKANDAR HELMET
A dense 47kg standalone warrior sculpture forged from raw vehicle scrap panels, engineered to emphasize mental strength metrics and structural physical balance.
